Job Summary:
The NetSuite Delivery Manager will oversee endtoend project delivery ensuring that NetSuite implementations integrations and support projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with client expectations. This role also includes developing the NetSuite practice by building a skilled team refining methodologies and managing strategic initiatives to enhance service offerings. The successful candidate will serve as both a project manager and a delivery manager providing technical leadership and fostering strong client relationships. This role also to support the account managers to give account intelligence and generate cross sell upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery Management
- Manage the successful endtoend delivery of NetSuite implementation customization and support projects ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate project planning budgeting scheduling and resource allocation to meet project goals.
- Define project scope timelines deliverables and milestones in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks and proactively mitigate issues that may affect timelines or deliverables.
- Conduct regular project status updates with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
Practice Development
- Lead and grow the NetSuite practice by establishing processes methodologies and standards.
- Develop and maintain a strong team of NetSuite consultants developers and support staff.
- Foster professional development and training to enhance team members NetSuite skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new NetSuite opportunities.
- Define and implement best practices standards and tools for consistent highquality delivery.
Technical and Functional Expertise
- Provide technical and functional expertise to guide teams and ensure that NetSuite solutions are aligned with client needs.
- Work handson in complex configurations customizations and integrations where required.
- Serve as a key escalation point for troubleshooting and issue resolution utilizing NetSuite best practices.
- Stay uptodate with NetSuite releases updates and industry best practices to provide thought leadership within the practice.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Conduct postproject reviews and satisfaction assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of overall experience 7 years of experience in NetSuite implementations including 2 years in a leadership or delivery management role.
- Strong expertise in NetSuite configuration customization and integration.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and client management in an ERP or consulting environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Certifications:
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications
- Agile or Scrum Master Certification is a plus
