Job Summary:
We are Custom Integrators! Which means we specialize in home and commercial automation also known as smart home technologies. We build custom systems that can include but are not limited to TVs speakers entertainment spaces theaters security systems lighting indoor and outdoor motorized shades Control 4 systems and all and any other gadgets that can be added to automate ones environment.
Work with other installers and independently in the completion of installs and service calls. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned.
- Complete complex audio/video installs setup and calibration
- Control system design (control/lighting/shading) and Theater room installation
- Advanced troubleshooting of simple and complex systems
- Advanced networking/data system design installation and setup
- Complete programming of advanced systems (Control 4
- Complete (Screen Innovations Hunter Douglas) training (lighting/shading) (WAC DMF Vitrea & Control 4
- Support of legacy and/or thirdparty products and systems
- Complete understanding of multiroom systems and setup
- Advanced understanding of camera installation and security/surveillance system programming and design
- Advanced understanding of audio single room and multiroom solutions
- Job site lead experience
- Control4 Tech 2 certifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed organized and multitask driven
- Ability to work on rotating oncall service schedule
- Proficient in all Senior level qualificationsExcellent skills with desktop and mobile computing
- Clean driving record and background check (required for DCJS certification)
