SENDCo (Secondary) Richmond September 2025 Start

Are you an experienced SEND specialist ready to take on a leadership role in a secondary setting

We are looking for a dedicated SENDCo to lead and develop SEND provision in a secondary school in Richmond starting September 2025.

The Role & Requirements:

  • Lead and manage the schools SEND provision ensuring all students receive the necessary support.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective strategies for students with additional needs.
  • Oversee EHCPs assessments and targeted interventions to improve student outcomes.
  • Liaise with parents external agencies and school leadership to promote inclusion and accessibility.
  • Hold QTS (or equivalent) with experience in SEND support.
  • National SENCO Award (or willingness to complete it).
  • Strong leadership communication and organisational skills.
