SANE is committed to creating a brighter future for Australians affected by complex mental health issues by ending mental health inequity and social and economic exclusion. We provide free digital mental health support services and run a variety of mental health awareness stigma reduction research and advocacy programs. We support diverse workforce segments including those living with complex mental health issues and the broader community. We are 100 people with a volunteer work force of circa 60 people.

About the role
This new role will lead and nurture our Recovery Program relationships to ensure the successful delivery of engagement activities with key partners to ensure SANEs service delivery objectives. You will be responsible for identifying building and maintaining strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with priority partners leading engagement activities and managing partnership contracts and reports.
You will work within SANEs Digital Community team and will have a detailed understanding of service delivery community needs and partnership goals. Meaning that you will be directly helping SANE to reach many more people especially from priority populations to receive the mental health support they require for free.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Drive the implementation of new Recovery Program partnerships while supporting existing strategic partnership activity undertaken using appropriate formats monitoring and processes.
Create and maintain the stakeholder/partner database and data reporting
Lead the roll out of planned activity related to Recovery Program partnerships including management of the Partnerships inbox EDMs and other related duties.
Develop solution focused sector partnerships.
Support the SANE Forums teams partner training and development initiatives
Collaborate with the Forums team to ensure smooth running of partner involvement in Forum activity.
Work within SANEs Model of Care and Clinical Governance Framework
About You
Qualifications in Partnerships Customer Service Administration Project Management and/or Stakeholder Management
Over three years experience working in a management role
Previous experience managing partnership agreements and /or coordinating events with external stakeholders.
Proven administration skills proficient in Microsoft Office (word excel powerpoint)
Strong understanding of challenges and stigma faced by people with complex mental health issues.
Prior experience in program and partnership management
Desirable
Prior experience in a NotforProfit environment
Experience working in the mental health sector
Lived experience of mental illhealth and recovery
Experience working with Veterans their families and supporting organisations
