Job Description

Job Summary:

Frank Productions is looking for a fulltime Payroll and Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Madison WI. We are committed to Diversity Equity and Inclusion and encourage talent from all backgrounds to apply.

Located in Madison WI Frank Productions was established in 1964 and is one of the largest concert promotion companies in the United States. Frank Productions a joint venture partner with Live Nation offers fullservice concert promotion involved in every facet of live entertainment events including talent buying production ticketing marketing sponsorships and special events. We produce and promote events in arenas performing arts centers theaters clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison WI Nashville TN Columbia MO and Charleston SC.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO

  • Responsible for preparing and accurately administering payroll for all entities
  • Manage timely completion of parttime employee onboarding proper access into company systems and communicating processes as needed
  • Address and resolve inquiries related to payroll and onboarding
  • Manage and update employee data within the company HRIS system
  • Manage related employee records reports and documents
  • Complete employment verifications and unemployment inquiries as needed
  • Manage benefit invoices and billing
  • Manage employee offboarding ensuring timely completion and adjusted access
  • Prepare HRrelated reports and communications as needed
  • Assist with and support Human Resources projects and initiatives
  • Maintain a working knowledge of relevant federal and state legislation and regulatory changes
  • All other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Extended periods of sitting at a computer station or work desk
  • Utilizes hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment Performs duties while standing and walking including ascending and descending stairs

This position is expected to work forty 40 hours per week or more. This position is an atwill position meaning that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time without notice or cause.
