VHR is seeking multiple skilled Aircraft Sheet Metal Technicians to join our clients worldclass facility in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a longterm contract or secure a permanent role within a leading aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sheet metal repairs modifications and replacements in line with industry standards.
- Carry out skin repairs and large structural modifications as required.
- Work effectively with engineering drawings and the Structural Repair Manual (SRM).
- Ensure all tasks comply with safety and quality regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sheet metal experience preferably in base maintenance (not essential).
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication repairs and modifications.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and SRM guidelines.
- Right to work in the UK (UK Passport or applicable Visa).
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
