The Investigational Drug Service (IDS) Pharmacy division at The Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) is recruiting for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as Oncology IDS Operations Manager. This position will provide oversight of Oncology IDS operations in both Weinberg Oncology Pharmacy and the Viragh1 Oncology IDS Pharmacy. This management position provides oversight for Oncology IDS operations staffing and protocol support for clinical trial teams and care for research participants. The Operations Manager is responsible for daily management of all operational activities human resource functions supervisory oversight for pharmacists and technicians overseeing protocols and working collaboratively with other pharmacy divisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum52.76per hour Maximum92.35per will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
