SEMH designated school but 100 are neurodivergent

Some have challenging behaviour but only due to neurodiversity

New someone with good autism practise

The curriculum needs changing kids are cognitively able but a bit naughty

Have an early stage of development

Need good autism practise to be in place

PMDL school experience wouldnt suit

1 months notice necessary for stability of the team

Has inspection looming

Experience in Ofsted prep would be advantageous but would be expected for someone with the experience they need anyway

Work alongside the consultant for handover she is very fair and would want them to be successful at the job
