Director Product Management - Data

What you will do:

Credit Karma is seeking a Director of Product with expertise in Data Science to lead the development and of data science initiatives to solve business problems that will have an impact on 140M members. This role will bridge the gap between data science and business driving innovation and delivering insights that enhance user experiences and business outcomes. You will oversee a team of product managers and work closely with other stakeholders like data science marketing and data engineers to create scalable solutions that align with Credit Karmas mission.

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap for data science initiatives based on data driven insights
• Identify opportunities where advanced analytics AI and machine learning can solve business challenges or improve user experiences
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders across marketing product and data science to align data science strategies with company goals

Team Management:

• Lead and develop a team of product managers
• Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning within the team
• Develop and establish clear charters and key metrics for each product manager

Product Development:

• Manage a portfolio of projects focused on solving business problems
• Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of data science initiatives
• Champion the integration of highvalue data sources into Credit Karmas analytics ecosystem
• Collaborate with and align priorities with partner engineering teams to launch our products on time

What we are looking for:

• 10 years of experience in product management or data science roles within fintech or technology sectors; product management in data science/AI preferred
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record of leading crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful datadriven products
• Strong understanding of machine learning AI technologies and big data platforms
• Familiarity with data science and model building concepts

Pay Transparency Notice:

Its all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $331233 to $358738 plus equity and benefits.
