The opportunity:
We are looking for an individual to join our Service Quality & Delivery Excellence team that oversees the risk management for all the bids and projects in the Consulting Service Line. The focus will be on the Technology Consulting subservice line that delivers services covering system implementation digital transformation digital architecture data and Artificial Intelligence and cyber security.
Purpose of the role:
Perform Risk Assessments and determine mitigation actions for bids in Technology Consulting and review ongoing projects to help resolve escalations and other challenges.
Your key responsibilities:
- Working with many bid teams identify risks and determine risk mitigaitons for bids and advise on scope assumptions and limitations. This may reqiure attending calls or reviewing bids on short notice
- Working with various project teams review project status compliance with companys policies and procedures idenity risks and determine mitigation actions.
- Identify red flags and escalate matters appropriately to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with data protection laws and other firms security matters.
- Work closely with projects teams to advise the legal department idenitfied risks and agree how to mitigate them in the contract.
- Review third party risks and mitigate risks in alignment with project teams.
- Provide guidance regarding the firms policies procedures and risk management practices.
- Implement new or modify existing procedures and controls to address policy changes or identified risks while aligning with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of risk reports for senior management and leadership highlighting risk exposures mitigation efforts recommendations and residual risk.
- Facilitate risk management training and awareness programs across the organization.
- Manage a virtual team to run daytoday operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on riskrelated matters or process improvement.

To qualify for the role you must have:
- 810 years of overall experience
- 34 years experience in system implementation (SAP or Oracle either one)
- Bachelors or masters degree in risk management busines administration industrial engineering or a related field.
- Experience in risk management preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to risk management.
- Excellent analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Effective leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and engage with seniorlevel stakeholders.
- Professional certification in risk management (e.g.ICertERM PMIRMP CRM) is highly desirable.
