Job Description
An industryleading company situated in the Western Cape is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Professionally Registered Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Doing estimates
- Measuring Quantities from plans to compile BOQs
- Preparing tender documentation
- Preparing valuations
- Measuring and agreeing to final accounts
- Project Management
Requirements
- BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying
- Masters degree advantageous
- Over 10 years extensive experience in the QS consulting field
- Pr QS registration with SACQSP
- Be able and willing to mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors
- Sound knowledge of the JBCC and other relevant building contracts
- Sound knowledge of CIDB standards
