Job Description
Global FP&A Manufacturing Manager Carbohydrate Solutions Decatur ILis preferred but will consider other locations.
Position Summary
The Carbohydrate Solutions FP&A Manufacturing Manager partners with Operations leadership performance management COEs and commercial finance to establish and execute on short medium and long term strategic operation plans and its alignment with operations and business unit strategy. This includes the annual Carbohydrates strategic business plan financial planning cycle monthly financial forecasting and tracking of key initiatives and/or analytical support of financial results. This position coordinates with the Carbohydrates finance team to support projects and key financial analysis. This position also coordinates with Operations leadership technology and performance management to align reporting across the segment.
The candidate will be hands on supporting the Operations team in accomplishing their strategic financial and business objectives. This position will be responsible for coordinating planningforecasting and tracking business objectives by providing business intelligence and insightful information to monitor results. Key success factors for this role include teamwork strong analytical and communication skills and ability to quickly adapt to changing business and project needs.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried nonexempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the annual operations financial plan including operating capital and strategic initiatives in all product lines and geographies
- Coordinate with the development and reporting of the business financial forecast
- Evaluate assumptions assess risks and understand variances versus plan forecast and prior year
- Partner across the operations organization with a focus on driving actions that improve manufacturing performance
- Partner with operations (performance management and technology) to establish performance tracking process and KPIs (operating and cost metrics)
- Partner with the business to support educate and track key operations metrics and cost analysis
- Prepare and deliver key operations presentations (Monthly BU Operations meeting Review and Response meetings etc.
- Benchmark companys manufacturing results against industry performance
- Propose pilot and collaborate crossfunctionally to implement procedural improvements workprocess changes and IT projects to improve month end close
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or Engineering/Technical. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years in financial role business development or operations role
- Demonstrated capacity to handle diverse number of projects simultaneously
- Strong ability to collaborate with a multicultural and crossfunctional team
- Independent inquisitive and a selfstarter
- Strong MS Office skills (i.e. Power Point and Excel)
- Understanding of business intelligence tools
- Operations knowledge a plus
