Lead Occupational Therapist (OT)
A Lead Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed in Durham NC.

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday day shift
- No Nights No weekends
- Supervise and manager a team of pediatric COTAs and Ots including performance evaluation and ongoing mentorship
- Develop review and refine treatment programs for different pediatric disorders
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to new hires and interns while developing programs and support continuing education for the team
- Actively involved in schedule planning and mentoring team to develop an effect schedule. Adding flex appointments to schedule and being available to assign with clinic schedule needs
Requirements
- Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupation Therapy (NBCOT)
- NC State license as an Occupational Therapist
- 3 years of clinical experience in pediatric occupational therapy required
- 1 year of experience supervising COTAs and OTs required
- Experienced in team management quality improvement and regulatory compliance with strong independent work skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
