Job Description

Objective

Dynamic and resultsoriented individual to implement and manage sales strategies that drive revenue growth for our homecare services. The role involves monitoring performance metrics building referral networks and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve business goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Principal Accountabilities :

Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve homecare revenue targets.

Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.

Managing field sales and marketing for achieving business goals and sales growth.

Creating referral network for lead generation (Doctors nurses and RWA

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape and reporting.

Work closely with the hospitals sales and community outreach teams for generating leads

Performance Parameters

New Leads Generated:

    • Number of new leads generated from referral networks (doctors nurses RWAs etc..

Referral Partnerships Created:

    • Number of active partnerships established with healthcare professionals and community organizations.

Customer Feedback Score:

    • Client ratings and satisfaction levels based on surveys or feedback forms.

Retention Rate:

    • Percentage of repeat clients using homecare services.

Education

  • Any Graduation (with heathcare experience)

Experience

  • Strong skills in Excel including the use of advanced functions pivot tables and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

Knowledge

  • Strong in data creation and analysis
  • Strategic thinking and possesses problemsolving capabilities to navigate complex challenges
  • Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and collaborate.
