Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and forwardthinking individual to join our thriving well performing team.
With our advances in utilising technology and how we use these to deliver our services and enhance the customer experience you will need to be selfmotivated proactive and able to work on own initiative.
You will need to have excellent customer service skills focused on delivering a right firsttime approach that delivers on performance and has the customer at the heart of everything you do.
It is essential that candidates can demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have a good telephone manner.
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
This vacancy is a fixed term position for a period of 6 months.
