Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
The Data Operations team builds capabilities and practices that support the usage of data across BILL. The team supports stakeholders across the company to understand their needs collect applicable requirements develop solutions solicit feedback deploy to the data ecosystem and showcase the result. Engineers on the Data Operations team bring a sense of pragmatic perfectionism doing their best work every day and delivering quality data products to those whom they support.
- Maintain a scalable CDP aligned with GTM and sales objectives
- Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data processing as necessary
- Integrate the CDP with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ensure data quality security and governance across the platform
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Wed love to chat if you have:
- BS/BA in Computer Science Information Systems Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years in data warehousing roles building scalable enterprisegrade ecosystems
- 1 years in financial services and/or SaaS environments
- Proven experience designing and integrating data platforms that make actionable insights for cross functional stakeholders
- Comfortable proficiency in SQL (multiple dialects preferred) and Python
- Understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns data ingestion methods and orchestration frameworks tailored for CDP environments
- Skills in warehouse schema design and dimensional data modeling
- Demonstrated ability to align data architectures with GTM strategies supporting sales enablement and marketing automation
- Track record of delivering data solutions that enable actionable insights for customer segmentation lead scoring and sales strategies
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper UT. Additionally this role is eligible to participate in BILLs bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
