Responsibilities:
HR Business Partner
- Be a partner to the Business Leader to drive growth build talent and sustain culture of growth.
- Engage with business partners/leaders to discuss peoplerelated issues and initiatives provide business partners/leaders with regular updates on planned activity advise managers on employee implications of business decisions and employee relations matters and act as coaches to senior leadership.
- Assist the organization with the staffing process by helping drive and build action plans in partnership with Talent Acquisition Team to maintain an active pipeline of talent.
