Bishop Tyrrell Anglican College Assistant OOSH Coordinator

  • Fixed Term concluding 18 December 2025
  • Parttime 15.6 hours per fortnight
  • Days: Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant OOSH Coordinator to join our team here at Bishop Tyrrell Anglican College!

About the role
Join our team as an OOSH Assistant Coordinator supporting the leadership and daily operations of our Out of School Hours Care service. This role assists in managing staff ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining smooth service delivery. Youll also step into the Coordinator role when needed making a meaningful impact on our community.

Bishop Tyrrell Anglican College is an independent Preschool to Year 12 coeducational school providing Hunter Valley families with a globally innovative and future focused education for their children.

Essential criteria:

  • Degree in Early Childhood from a recognised University (as listed
    on the approved qualification list by ACECQA)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Nominated Supervisor position
    in an Out of School Hours Care/Vacation Care Service or minimum
    5 years experience in a leadership position in an Out of School
    Hours Care service
  • Previous experience in all areas of administrative procedure curriculum
    development parent and community liaison staff professional
    development and training team leadership and management of
    staff.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of services requirements of the Child
    Care Subsidy (CCS) system and ability to perform software
    application for compliance
  • Applicants will be willing to support the Christian life of the school

The successful applicant will possess or willingness to obtain the following: HLTAID012 Provide First aid in an education and care setting & CPR certificate NSW Working with Children Check and National Criminal History check
