The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Disability Employment and Transitions Division Vocational Rehabilitation Services Bureau.
Do you love working with people and have a passion for helping those with disabilities This position directs the work of the Vocational Rehabilitation office while managing an active caseload. Responsibilities include ensuring case management practices align with procedures policy and law; counseling clients on job and career development goals; providing staff assistance with decisionmaking on difficult cases and serving as a liaison between Vocational Rehabilitation and Blind Services and community partners. In carrying out multifaceted processes the Supervisor must be prepared to work toward the full participation of individuals with disabilities in all aspects of society with focus on independent living and work.
