Are you a skilled HeavyDuty Diesel Technician with a passion for your craft Do you have a strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex automotive issues Are you a team player with excellent communication skills If you answered yes to these questions and can meet the following requirements we need you as our HeavyDuty Diesel Technician!

• Must be at least 21 years old
• 4 years of experience
• Basic computer skills
• CDL preferred (not required)
• Must be knowledgeable in DOT inspections along with full knowledge/understanding in performance of pre/posttrip requirements
• Shop experience preferred
• Journeymanlevel technician with Paccar engine knowledge
• Emission aftertreatment system experience.
• Electrical diag and repair knowledge
• HVAC certified or equal experience

WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE

As a FullTime HeavyDuty Diesel Technician at American Motors youll enjoy a 3 or4 Day Work Week (Four 10hr days)with the opportunity for overtime. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance/inspection on all vehicles and equipment diagnosing and repairing larger scale issues handling some building/facility maintenance tasks and assisting drivers in the yard with pretrip or startup issues. Youll be an integral part of our team ensuring that every truck coming out of our shop is in topnotch condition upon completing any repairs. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer satisfaction.
