Job Description

Little nationally recognized as a Best Firm to Work For and one of the nations most progressive design firms is seeking a Project Architect with a positive collaborative work style who will work in our growing MixedUse Workplace Studio in our Orlando FL office.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious creative Project Architect who has experience working on a full spectrum of commercial Office projects Corporate Headquarters Regional Speculative and or mixeduse commercial architecture. We are always looking to improve the performance of our clients through creative collaboration and superior documentation someone with a passion for both would be an excellent fit.

  • You have Workplace Project Experience: Corporate Headquarters Regional Speculative and or mixeduse commercial architecture
  • You are a resourceful and creative problem solver.
  • Youre enjoy working on teams you want those around you to succeed and youre capable of taking direction or leading a project to deliver a great product to our clients.
  • You are a great mentor/teacher of construction detailing.
  • Youre a strong listener respectful in your interactions with others and have a positive outlook.
  • Youre a good communicator verbally graphically and in written form people understand your ideas and the way you share them.
  • You are organized and thorough you understand how to work with and coordinate consulting partners and many moving parts to deliver a solid final product.
  • You have a strong understanding of design space planning spatial relationships and materials.
  • You have a passion for sustainable and resilient design solutions.
  • You have professional drive and still have fun while you work.

A position youll love:

  • Youll be working in our dedicated Mixeduse Workplace studio with other professionals focused on these dynamic projects.
  • Youll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Your work will include a variety of tasks and design projects.
  • Youll be responsible for producing contract documents and providing construction administration.
  • Like all of us youll be accountable for project success and the quality assurance of our work product.
  • Youll have growth opportunities within this practice and beyond.

Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
  • Six to Ten years of experience in the architecture & design industry;
  • Architectural registration;
  • Ability to execute projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy;
  • Thorough knowledge of architectural design detailing codes and building material characteristics;
  • Strong Revit Skills.
