Job Description
- Pay Range: $17.50 $18.00 per hour
- Shifts: Between 12:30 PM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
on the campus of Lindero Middle School

- Create a safe supportive and inclusive environment for club members.
- Plan manage and implement engaging activities that promote learning recreation and social development.
- Supervise and guide children fostering positive behavior management and participation.
- Collaborate with staff volunteers and community partners to enhance program operations.
- Serve as a positive role model demonstrating integrity and respect in all interactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety protocols.
- Minimum 13 years of experience working with children in group settings.
- Understanding of youth development principles particularly in middle school environments.
- Early Childhood Education credits are a plus.
- Proven ability in behavior management and group activity facilitation.
- Reliable flexible and committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- All applicants must pass a mandatory fingerprint background check TB test and reference clearance.
- Resumes lacking relevant childcare experience or minimum qualifications will not be considered.
- TB clearance is required prior to employment with renewal every four years.
