YOUR FUTURE ROLE
The expected tasks of the Enterprise Architect (f/m/d) SAP MaxAttention Transformation Hub include:
- Delivering relevant Enterprise Architecture guidance to the SAP frontoffice teams and SAP customers directly under the umbrella of the SAP MaxAttention services contract
- Support the frontoffice architects and account teams in their architecture related work with the customer as a combination of process guidance and backoffice like responsibility
- Collaborate with SAP Transformation Hub counterparts globally to ensure continuity throughout the journey of defining a customer IT strategy and providing guidance in conceptual and architectural questions typical for an IT transformation
- Delivery of strategy services and architecture pointofview services
- Guide large enterprises through a business or IT transformation by identifying drivers for change mapping those drivers to enablers in terms of application components or nonfunctional qualities and deriving an industry and customerspecific target architecture
- Build and maintain a central knowledge hub enabling a cross customer / cross industry and cross regional perspective to architecturerelated topics
- Refine and evolve the service methodology which includes documentation and collection of learnings from the deliveries for reuse by the service development groups to further improve the service concepts and service content
- Maintain a strong network within SAP Customer Services & Delivery as well as SAP Product Engineering; building up strategic working relationship across multiple locations
- Up to 30 travel required to various client sites globally
YOUR PROFILE
This role requiring conceptual skills and the ability to turn ones own learning into learning experience for others be they colleagues or customers:
- 15 years of experience in working on SAP based architectures & general IT strategies
- 10 years of experience in working with SAP customers in the strategic segment
- Experience in supporting one customer for a longer period of time (e.g. as enterprise architect)
- Masters degree in Business Administration and/or Computer Science
- Experience with at least one of the following Line of Business (LoB): Finance Sales Procurement or Manufacturing and experience in one of the following industry clusters Consumer Industries High Tech ENR
- Familiarity with one or multiple Enterprise Architecture domains (Business Application Data Technology)
- Experience with turning customer requirements into requirements for an application architecture
- Structuring and documenting methodologies and best practices (whitepapers presentations)
- SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA product knowledge and handson experience
- SAPbased architectures & general IT technology strategies
- Working on Enterprise Architecture artifacts (e.g. Business capability modeling as part of business architecture or application landscape design as part of application architecture)
- Architecting Designing and Implementing EndtoEnd SAP S/4HANA implementation project using latest intelligent technologies in a customer landscape
- Strong network within SAP Services & Delivery as well as Product Engineering
- An Enterprise Architecture certification such as TOGAF would be an advantage
- Solid English skills required and German skills area strong plus

Under the umbrella of SAP MaxAttention the SAP Transformation Hub is a global organization designed to enable an advanced scalable way of delivering relevant architecture guidance to the SAP frontoffice teams and customers directly. The regional SAP Transformation Hub teams in North America Germany and India closely collaborate on these topics:
- Support the frontoffice architects and account teams in their architecturerelated work with the customer as a combination of process guidance and backoffice like responsibility
- Close collaboration with SAP Transformation Hub counterparts ensures continuity throughout the journey of defining a customer IT strategy and providing guidance in conceptual and architectural questions typical for an IT transformation
- Active delivery of strategy services service and architecture Pont of Views together with the frontoffice architect role
- Central knowledge hub enabling a cross customer / cross industry and cross regional perspective to architecturerelated topics
