As a Product Assurance Manager for Electronic Equipment the of the Digital Products Line the main responsibility is to establish the PA&S requirements baseline for all elements of the project in compliance with the Customer general Product Assurance and Safety policy; Produce and implement plans define inputs outputs participants responsibilities interfaces coordinate efforts of participants and produce resulting consolidated inputs.
All in line with TAS QMS while referring to contractual requirements specifications development schedule and allocated budget during Product Lifecycle phases according to Equipment category.
Some of the specific tasks and activities developed in order to guarantee customers satisfaction on quality aspects are:
SoW / Project Quality Assurance requirements assessment
To issue Product Assurance Product Qualification and Product Cleanliness and Contamination Plans.
To monitor project & PA status & identify relevant PA issues including NCR / SPR / Waivers / Deviations / Problems / Critical Items and systematically tracking all items. Produce periodic reports of monitoring activities performed (e.g. inspections checks reviews) including conclusions and recommendations.
Produce meeting agendas check that all inputs are available for the NRB or CCB check that all needed participants are involved produce NRB or CCB minutes of meeting followup on actions identified ensure proper nonconformance/ waiver/problem/critical item closeout.
To monitor the manufacturing integration and test activities with quality assurance audits mandatory and key inspection points (MIP & KIP) test witnessing and configuration inspections; Produce report on activities performed with conclusion and recommendations.
To participate in program reviews (EQSR PDR CDR MRR TRR) and directing the necessary preventive or corrective actions; Produce monthly reports with assessment activities performed (e.g. documents reviewed checklists used spot check performed) contribution to design and safety reviews and activities related to preventive/corrective action.
Defining the formal acceptance requirements and conducting the Acceptance Reviews of all contractual deliverable items (PTRTRB QR DRB... To guide and monitor the application and procurement of EEE parts materials and processes and controlling implementation of applicable requirements; Produce reports on guidance provided monitoring activities performed and status of compliance to applicable requirements (RFA).
Contribute to Control boards for EEE (PCB) M&P (MPCB) and Radiation (RCB) with customer and Subcontractors
Coordination of FMEA Reliability Safety Analysis Monitor quality K.P.Is collecting comparing and analyzing performance data and producing statistical reports and graphs (e.g. NCs and nonquality costs Root cause).
Interface with the customer subcontractors and the various company entities involved in the design construction integration and testing for quality aspects.
Product certifications (CoC End Item Data Package REACH)
Experience or Certification for PCB inspection according to ECSS are highly desirable.
