How you will perform your role.
The InLine Operator has the responsibility of maintaining and correcting both the extrusion and thermoforming processes of the inline machine while maximizing production. The operator must work safely and ensure quality on the line assigned.
What we need from you:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 13 Years of verifiable experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment & motivate others within the team
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
- Must demonstrate mechanical ability to work with equipment during training period.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures
- Normal Dexterity & Climbing Requirements
- Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds 12 times per hour
- Ability to lift 70 pounds infrequently
- Basic computer skills data entry and process control inputs and monitors.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating manuals maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to converse with other employees or customers concerning operating functions.
- Ability to apply concepts of percentages fractions multiplication division addition and subtraction.
