Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background and a passion for providing highquality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a primary care setting
- Administer vaccinations and medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Conduct health assessments and screenings
- Assist with patient education and support including health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license and relevant certification as a Practice Nurse
- Proven experience in a primary care or community health setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and diverse healthcare environment
- Commitment to promoting diversity equality and inclusion in patient care
Daytoday
- Triaging patients and managing appointments
- Assisting with minor procedures and treatments
- Providing compassionate and empathetic care to patients from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment through teamwork and respectful communication
