Job description
United States We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Project Manager to lead and oversee software implementation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex software deployment initiatives coordinating crossfunctional teams and ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions. This role requires excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In this role you will:
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates and proactively addressing risks and challenges.
- Lead crossfunctional teams assigning tasks and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks establishing contingency plans for unforeseen challenges.
- Maintain project documentation including plans status reports and postproject evaluations while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure effective enduser training and support change management for successful software adoption.

Strong communication a proactive can do it attitude and a commitment to delivering value to our clients are key to your success in this role.
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Project Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall or Hybrid).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira or similar).
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- PMP PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus.
- Based in North America (Bostonbased is preferred not a requirement).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise software implementations such as ERP CRM or IWMS systems.
- Familiarity with data migration system integration and testing processes.
- Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
