Requirements
As a CommunityModerator you will:
- Monitor and manage discussions on the FYERS Community platform to ensure they remainconstructive informative and compliant with community guidelines.
- Engage with members byresponding to queries encouraging participation and sparking meaningfulconversations.
- Identify and address issues such as spam misinformation or inappropriate behavior.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to communityqueries.
- Gather insights and feedback from the community to help improve our products andservices.
- Create and promote valuable content such as FAQs market insights and discussions thatenhance user engagement.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys interacting with traders educating users and maintaining a positive and engagingcommunity atmosphere.
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 1 year at FYERS with a solid understanding of our trading platforms and community dynamics.
- Strong communicationskills with the ability to engage and manage conversations effectively.
- A deep interest instock markets trading strategies and investor behavior.
- Ability to moderate discussions fairly and enforcecommunity guidelines.
- Problemsolving skillswith a proactive approach to handling user concerns.
- Prior experience in community management social media orcustomer engagement is a plus but not mandatory.
