In addition to onthejob learning KDC offers professional development activities and training necessary to maintain relevant certifications and licensures.FullTime and PartTime Available!**Looking for LOWER Cape candidates**In this role youll get to:Partner with families to identify each childs strengths and developmental needsTogether develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)Work closely with a transdisciplinary team on program planning and delivery of servicesOversee case management and referral services to assigned caseloadConduct home visits to provide developmental stimulation parent training and supportFacilitate parent/child and/or child groupsComplete reports of assessments progress reports IFSPs and discharge summariesMaintain appropriate communication with physicians clinics and community agencies participating in each childs careWe are looking for people who have: Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational TherapyMust have a valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License or the ability to obtainStrong written and verbal communicationExcellent organizational interpersonal and communication skillsA valid drivers license and reliable transportationThe physical requirements for this role: Frequent movement within classroom including but not limited to kneeling bending sitting lifting and positioning of students Ability to lift 50 pounds alone 51 pounds with the assistance of another person or adaptive equipment KDC values a diverse workforce.
