Develop and implement operational strategies thatalign with the companys goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements andcost savings.
o Oversee daytoday operations to ensure thatbusiness functions are efficient and effective.
o Manage resources including personnel equipmentand budgets to maximize operational efficiency.
o Coordinate with department heads to ensure optimalallocation of resources
o Lead and mentor operations teams providingguidance and support to achieve department goals.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement andaccountability.
o Plan execute and oversee projects aimed atimproving business operations.
o Ensure projects are completed on time withinbudget and meet quality standards.
o Work closely with other departments such asFinance HR Sales and IT to ensure seamless operations.
o Act as a liaison between operations and otherdepartments to resolve issues and improve communication.
o Ensure that all operations comply with companypolicies industry regulations and legal requirements.
o Identify and mitigate operational risks.
o Prepare and present regular reports on operationalperformance to senior management.
o Use datadriven insights to recommend and implementimprovements.
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers toensure quality and costeffectiveness.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to benefit thecompany.
Oversee customer service operations to ensure a high level of customersatisfaction.
Implement systems to handle customer feedback and improve servicedelivery.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in business administration OperationsManagement or a related field. A masters degree or MBA is often preferred.
Experience: 5 to 9 years of experience in operations management with atleast 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:
Proficient in project management methodologies.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of business software and tools (e.g. ERP CRM).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project ManagementProfessional) Six Sigma or Lean Management are advantageous.
