BlueYonder Transportation Management System (BY TMS) Junior Consultant
Location: Warsaw / Wroclaw / Katowice
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

The opportunity
EY GDS is a global major in valueadded Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. Most of your time will be spent embedded with and leading Blue Yonder TMS solutions and well look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this everchanging industry.
Your key responsibilities
You will focus on the evaluation design customization and optimization of Blue Yonder TMS solutions. You will support EY client and applicable software provider teams as well as team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our clients digital vision and strategy to life.
Skills and attributes for success
- Supporting project teams through agreedupon phases of project governance requirements definition vendor selection risk analysis customization testing training and rollout of a clients project life cycle
- Supporting team members in developing applicable methodologies tools approaches points of view thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the digital and emerging technology consulting market
- Gaining technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates clients stakeholders and executives
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors degree in Logistics or Transportation
- 1 or more years of related work experienceand responsibilities delivering projects in supply chain management (logistics domain)or work experience in Logistics/Transportation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate ideas present findings and explain recommendations to clients and team members
- Ability to analyze data understand business processes and make datadriven recommendations
- Having a proactive approach to learning new concepts tools and methodologies that can be applied to solve business problems
- Knowledge of business principles logistics transportation to understand and improve client businesses
- Ability to quickly adapt to new industries business models and cultural differences in various client environments
- Ability to manage time effectively prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Ideally youll also have
- Work experience with Blue Yonder TMS
- Familiarity with business software data analysis tools and information technology (SQL API EDI) that can aid in consulting tasks
- Certifications and prior consulting experience
- Understanding of project management principles to oversee projects from inception to completion ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
