Job Description
Suburban Hospital is a 228bed notforprofit communitybased hospital in Bethesda Maryland. Suburban Hospital is a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine and has served Montgomery County and the surrounding area for more than 65 years. We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Clinical Nurse Manager for our Ortho/Neuro Unit. You will have direct patient care responsibility for the patient population within the assigned department; you will act as a facilitator mentor and preceptor for staff; you will be responsible for the daily activities and operations and for coordinating the patients care across the wellnessillness continuum.

Who Should Apply:
- Licensure as a RN in Maryland or other compact state
- Minimum of 3yrs current clinical experience in the specialty area
- Previous clinical management experience
- BSN required

Salary Range: Minimum61.47per hour Maximum95.27per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
