We are seeking a highly motivated Atlassian Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our Atlassian product and service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Atlassians suite of tools including Jira Confluence Bitbucket and other ecosystem products with a proven track record in technology sales. This role is ideal for a resultsoriented sales professional with strong technical acumen and experience in enterprise software sales.


Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Atlassian solutions.
    • Identify engage and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to understand their business needs.
    • Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored Atlassian solutions that align with customer requirements.
    • Provide expert knowledge and demonstrations of Atlassian products showcasing how they can improve team collaboration productivity and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with marketing customer success and channel partners to create compelling sales campaigns.
    • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue opportunities using CRM tools.
    • Stay updated on Atlassian product developments market trends and competitor offerings.
    • Work with procurement teams to navigate enterpriselevel sales processes contracts and pricing negotiations.

Required Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience in technology/software sales preferably with a focus on Atlassian products.
    • Strong understanding of Jira Confluence Bitbucket and other Atlassian ecosystem tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Experience in B2B enterprise sales account management or business development.
    • Ability to develop relationships and influence decisionmakers at various levels.
    • Familiarity with Agile DevOps and ITSM practices is a plus.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce HubSpot or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Atlassian certifications or strong handson experience with Atlassian tools.
    • Background in IT consulting SaaS sales or enterprise software solutions.
    • Experience working with Atlassian Solution Partners or resellers.
    • A strong network in the Agile DevOps or ITSM communities.
