Job Description

Are you ready to embark on an exciting aquatic adventure Look no further! The Attleboro YMCA is seeking a passionate and dedicated parttime Swim Instructors to join our dynamic team. At The Attleboro YMCA we believe in the transformative power of swimming. Our mission is to make the water a place of joy confidence and skill for all. We provide topnotch swim instruction in a welcoming and supportive environment helping individuals of all ages become confident and proficient swimmers.

What Youll Do:

Teach swim lessons to a diverse range of students from young children to adults.

Create and deliver engaging and effective swim lesson plans.

Promote water safety and awareness.

Encourage and motivate students to reach their swimming goals.

Ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming environment.

What Were Looking For:

Certified Swim Instructor with relevant certifications.

CPR and First Aid certified.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for teaching and inspiring others.

Prior swim instruction experience is a plus but not required.

The Attleboro YMCA will be hosting a V6 Swim Instructor Class on September 16^th & 17^th. Please reach out to Joe Winston at to register! Want to work for the Y after youre certified The class will be free!
