Key Responsibilities
As an SEO Expert your primary duties will include:
- OnPage SEO
- Optimize website content meta tags headings and images for targeted keywords.
- Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve page rankings.
- Ensure proper URL structuring internal linking and userfriendly navigation.
- OffPage SEO
- Develop and implement linkbuilding strategies to boost domain authority.
- Identify and collaborate with authoritative websites for guest posting and backlinks.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles for quality and relevance.
- Technical SEO
- Conduct technical audits to identify and fix issues like broken links crawl errors and site speed.
- Implement schema markup XML sitemaps and robots.txt for better indexing.
- Ensure the website is mobilefriendly and meets core web vitals standards.
- SEO Analysis and Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics SEMrush and Ahrefs to track performance metrics.
- Provide regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Content Strategy
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEOfriendly blogs articles and web pages.
- Optimize existing content for better rankings and engagement.
- Conduct topic and keyword research to drive content planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing IT or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in SEO.
- Expertise in onpage offpage and technical SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush Ahrefs Moz and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and basic website development principles.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in SEO or related digital marketing disciplines.
- Experience working in the IT or SMS service industry.
- Knowledge of content management systems like WordPress.
