Were looking for a talented and collaborative Learning Senior Consultants who loves managing and learning from multidisciplinary teams while creating exceptional learning and client experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders leveraging instructional design principles and understanding of learning authoring tools.The end user training to be performed is in support of system and processbased implementations such as SAP SuccessFactors Guidewire Oracle /PeopleSoft Microsoft D365 etc.
  • Collaborate with client and firm subject matter resources to define training strategy assess training needs and define a curriculum that fits budget and addresses needs for both existing and future learners
  • Establish a learning development workplan
  • Lead training development teams of instructional designers from EY Canada EY Global and potentially including clients and contractors
  • Manage interactions with business support services clientfacing teams and offshore development resources to ensure that materials meet client training design specifications
  • Generate ideas and solutions which address stakeholder requirements
  • Participate in client and internal team meetings
  • Leverage project knowledge and client relationships to assist in revenue growth
  • Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep uptodate with current developments and trends in learning advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.

To qualify for the role you should have

  • 2 years of experience participating in learning solutions projects
  • A minimum of two to four years of progressively responsible training and development experience with hands on experience of common development tools such as SAP EnableNow Articulate Storyline Captivate etc.
  • Experience with complex technology transformations (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft D365 related training required
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience


To qualify for the role you should have

  • Bilingual in French is a plus
  • A track record of delivering dynamic projects on time and on budget while maintaining effective client and team relationships
  • Excellent presentation abilities along with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to effectively team with business process technical organizational change management and solution leads to ensure projects are consistently implemented in a manner that aligns with organizational goals
  • Time management and organizational skills that allow you to successfully execute on competing priorities
  • A strong affinity for technology including proficiency with Microsoft Office Project Word PowerPoint and Excel
