Job Purpose
Working within a fastpaced digital content marketing role you will be responsible for the planning & creation of all social media content across Tik Tok & Instagram across two brands and three markets: Denmark Sweden & Norway.We are looking for an ambitious kind and proactive inhouse social content creator & manager to join our expanding Social Team. Youll plan and develop trend & people first social content ensuring the content style ladders to our brands creative and tonal strategy.You must live and breathe social ensuring you keep up to date with the latest algorithm and feature updates whilst constantly remaining on top of relevant social trends.
What you will do:
- Creation of organic posts a for Colgate (three markets) & Sanex (one market) partially following content plans provided by the that UK provide across Instagram and Tik Tok
- Creation of detailed monthly content plans with sign off from local market digital lead informed by business priorities
- Accelerate content creator led content across the hub beyond organic social (i.e. paid media campaigns)
- Successful onboard of new influencer agency for 2025
- Attendance of PR events that require social media content to be created
- Localised 2025 social strategies to be created and presented across Norway Denmark & Sweden
- Monthly social upskilling to CD & CE teams across Norway Denmark & Sweden
- Boosting of organic posts to relevant audiences in order to amplify our message
- Ongoing reporting & measurement in order to grow our reach & engagement rate
- Stakeholder management ensuring plans & results are shared on time and in full
Who you are
- Min 2 years experience in creating content particularly short form videos on Instagram)
- Min 2 years experience in creating content plans aligned to business objectives target audiences & social trends
- Experience working in fastpaced environments juggling the management of different social accounts
- Experience of proactive community management
- Experience working across different markets (Nordics is desirable)
- Managing content creators end to end is desirable
- Boosting organic posts through Tik Tok business manager and Facebook business management is desirable
- Proficiency in local languages of Norwegian Danish & Swedish is desirable
