Job Description
Own and manage modules within an Impact Evaluation project
a. Support in the conduction of a qualitative and quantitative impact evaluation round with high
outcomeorientation
b. Understand the project requirements and coordinate with internal teams (Content Development
Pedagogical Research Assessments etc. and partner organizations (assessment vendors experts
etc. to deliver the required project outputs.
c. Create qualitative data collection tools analysis frameworks reports and other collaterals
d. Prepare strategic roadmaps and implementation plans with goals and milestones to Identify
operational bottlenecks and weaknesses and devise resolution pathways
e. Manage day to day operations and liaise with the clients to ensure the required buyin inputs
permissions and resources are made available.
f. Maintain thorough documentation of processes followed collaterals created and reflections from
projects
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
1. Graduate/postgraduate in Social Sciences/ Education/ Development or a related field with a proven track
record of implementing rigorous qualitative research studies and some understanding of implementing a
largescale quantitative study
2. 24 years of experience preferably some of it in the education or development sector.
3. Practical experience conducting fieldwork data collection and interacting with target populations.
4. Proficiency in qualitative data cleaning and analysis.
5. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating projects with diverse stakeholders.
Required Skills
1. Fluent in spoken and written Hindi.
2. Willingness to travel to various locations in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
3. Strong grasp of education instruction and qualitative assessments.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
5. Attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate technical details with
individuals from diverse backgrounds effectively.
6. Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills as well as a problemsolving attitude.
7. Familiarity with Excel to analyse medium to complexlevel data.
