Key responsibilities:

• Lead the combined team of DevOps GA Lab and R&D Operations to provide stateoftheart infrastructure tools and testing capabilities to support GA product development strategy.
• Lead the development and of Grid Automation DevOps and MLOps roadmap aligned with overall company product development goals.
• Ensure design implementation and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operations and increase deployment reliability.
• Establish and enforce validation and verification engineering rigor across all development activities ensuring highest standards of quality safety and compliance are maintained.
• Serve as the authority on V&V practices ensuring testing at IED and system level following latest methodologies and technical standards ensuring adherence to best practices scalability performance and security in all Grid Automation solutions.
• Implement system stress and environmental testing strategy to ensure high level of design defects detection and implement loopback process for return on experience.
• Drive SAFe deployment for new product introduction acceleration and NPI prioritization decisions supported by a solid process.
• Partner with engineering leaders to establish technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer science Software Engineering Automation Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive years of experience in software development control and automation systems or related technical fields with significant and demonstrated years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in product development software development validation and verification.
• An exceptional background in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Indepth knowledge of design and engineering principles methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership team management and interpersonal skills with a track record of leading multidisciplinary highperforming teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
