Job Description:
This Senior Specialist Program Management will establish and maintain multiple projects required for the Proprietary modification programs. This candidate will have a strong knowledge of aircraft production aircraft requirements and minimal project management that include directing complex projects and ongoing administrative functions of the program initiatives while adhering to contractual obligations and subsequent reporting.
The qualified candidate must be able to:

- Assist leadership in identifying program growth opportunities in addition to facilitating capture of new opportunities with customers.
- Have strong and effective verbal written and interpersonal communication skills that will facilitate in creating and maintaining a collaborative work environment which includes providing decisive and constructive feedback.

Essential Functions:
- Responsible for leading an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to drive the cost schedule and technical performance of a program.
- Manages preparation of proposals and specifications of contract for periodic maintenance aircraft requirements and other aircraft configuration paperwork.
- Responsible for analyzing bids plus assisting in development of deliverables schedule and performance Statement of Work (SOW).
- Acts as primary customer contact for program maintenance activities leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost and technical performance to ensure seamless .
- Drives program planning to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders revenue recognition operating income and free cash flow for new continuing or current programs.
- Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
- Works with Functions assigned to the program from technical manufacturing and administrative areas to identify areas of improvement for systems and processes.
- Effectively communicates with all levels of coworkers senior management and customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with minimum of 6 years of relevantexperience orMasters degree with minimum 4 years experience lieu of a degree minimum 10 years prior related experience.
- Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance is required
