JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an individual who is driven structured and wishes to be part of our growth journey. Youll manage governance and frameworks to ensure structure and compliance as well as supporting the business with efficiency and scalability. As the company is on a growth journey you will lead initiatives to develop your area and set new standards. To ensure organizational goals are met youll be collaborating with stakeholders across the company and youll need to have effective followups and be able to implement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance & Frameworks: Develop and maintain governance structures and frameworks to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals
Policy Management: Own and sustain the policy management framework and process; oversee the creation implementation and review of company policies to ensure they are uptodate and effective; ensure implementation through communication and training.
Risk Management: Own and sustain the risk management framework and process; lead risk reviews; prepare reports and presentations; ensure a proactive approach to risk management.
Business Cycle Support: Support the business cycle with e.g. scorecard tracking and reporting.
Project Management: Lead and manage projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Additional Duties: Perform various other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Academic degree in business engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in governance policy management risk management or a similar role.
Understanding of business operations and organizational structures.
Experience working with different departments and managing crossfunctional projects.
Experience in an international context.
Proficient in English.
