About the role:
Looking for Regional Manager Sales& Design who will be responsible for leading a Regional Sales team. A well versed candidate who has an experience in tracking the daily performance of his Team Leaders and Sales personnel reporting to the team leaders. Along with performance tracking a major focus should also be on generating 2X revenue through team members as result of holding an accountability of the P&L of that vertical.
Job Description
- Responsible for delivering annual sales and profit targets
- Perform succession planning by introducing training and performance evaluation for management positions increasing productivity and improving consistency
- Spearhead the team of team leaders
- Hire train and evaluate personnel in Sales establishments
- Establishing a competitive workforce by offering desirable benefits packages and performance driven sales incentive program
- Meeting and exceeding expectation for productivity and closure along with customer satisfaction
- Establish goals and objectives for the team assign tasks and review work
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or equivalent
- Experience 7 to 8 years
- General business skills
- Requires reasoning ability and good independent

- Experience in Home interiors modular kitchen is required
- Large team handling experience required
