Project Manager with German
Location: Warsaw / Wrocaw / Katowice
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

As a part of our global Business Transformation Delivery and team you will participate in international projects leading projects and programs for our global market clients. You will be involved in working on challenging assignments assisting our clients trough they transformation and organization change journeys. You will also be part of team creating industry leading solutions in widely understood project management services.
Your key responsibilities
- You will support our clients in the business and organizational transformation journey actively becoming a trusted advisor in PM subject matters for both clients and EY colleagues.
- You will provide consultation and recommendations based on clients requirement and develop relationships with team members across all EY practises to serve client needs. You will workwith various teams to ensure that clients requirement budget and milestones for projects are met.
Skills and attributes for success
- Good planning and organizing ability to see the big picture as well as focused on details and errorless delivery.
- Excellent professional communication skills ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of details terminology and fittopurpose communication.
- Ability to work in a continuously changing environment proactive with candoattitude looking for solutions and opportunities.
- Strong project management skills including agile methods.
To qualify for the role you must have
- A higher education degree preferably in business technology science or engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project managementin largescale projects or programs within distributed multicultural environments.
- Excellent German language skills in written and spoken.
- Very Good English language skills in written and spoken.
- Experience in change management business analysis and process transformations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office MS project MS Share Point JIRA Azure Dev Ops other project management tools.
- One or more industry certifications: Prince 2 PMP Agile PM PMIACP CSM/PSM SAFe.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
Ideally youll also have
- Further European language.
- Experience in working at consulting companies.
- Six Sigma or/and Business Analysis certification.
