Our challenge
We are seeking a talented AI Copilot Agent Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and configuring AIpowered agents using Copilot Studio integrating them with Microsoft 365 applications and leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to automate workflows and create custom user interfaces. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 APIs natural language processing (NLP) concepts and AI development principles.
Additional Information
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway NJ is$120k $125k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
Copilot Agent Development:
Build and configure AIpowered agents using Copilot Studio to interact with users through natural language prompts providing relevant information and completing tasks across Microsoft 365 applications like Word Excel PowerPoint and Teams.
Design conversational flows and user experiences for optimal agent interaction.
Integrate data sources from various Microsoft 365 applications and external systems to enrich agent responses.
Power Platform Integration:
Leverage Power Automate Power Apps and Power Virtual Agents to create automated workflows and custom user interfaces for interacting with Copilot agents.
Develop custom connectors to connect Copilot agents with specific business systems and data sources.
Microsoft 365 Expertise:
Understand the capabilities and limitations of Microsoft 365 features to effectively design Copilot agents that align with user needs and business objectives.
Leverage Microsoft Graph APIs to access and manipulate data across various Microsoft 365 services.
AI Model Training and Optimization:
Train and finetune AI models within Copilot Studio to improve the accuracy and relevance of agent responses based on specific business requirements.
Monitor agent performance metrics and make adjustments to improve user experience.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Copilot agent designs.
Provide training and support to users on how to leverage Copilot agents within their daily workflows.
Requirements:
Experience level 3 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power Virtual Agents).
Understanding of Microsoft 365 APIs and data models.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) concepts and frameworks.
Knowledge of AI development principles and tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Problemsolving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues related to Copilot agent functionality.
Strong analytical and datadriven approach to optimize agent performance.
