Job Description
Salary Range: Following the certified teacher salary range from $60000$87000
Ad Valorem 2.40 parish property (ad valorem) tax mills are dedicated to employee salaries. The annual receipts from this tax are distributed to employees twice a year onehalf in January and onehalf in June. The amount of each employees supplement is the employees salary multiplied by the annual percentage (computed each year based on actual tax revenues).
Qualifications: BS in Occupational Therapy and must be licensed of eligble in LA
To improve the students abilitly to effectively participate in classroom selfhelp vocational and playground activities
Responsibilites include: maintain records and follow federal local and state guidelines
: provide IEP services if indicated on an IEP
: screen evaluate and provide OT services
: select maintain or constructs equipment
: participate in continuing ed. courses
: interpret medical information
: medicaid billing
