Job Description

About the Position:
Currently Our Client is seeking a patent agent with at least one year of legal practice experience preferably at a law firm for their life sciences practice in their Silicon Valley San Francisco Seattle New York or Washington D.C. offices. The ideal candidate will have a PhD (or MD) in organic chemistry medicinal chemistry immunology molecular biology cell biology microbiology oncology or a related field. Postdoctoral experience is desirable but not required. The candidate must have a USPTO registration number superior academic credentials and excellent oral written and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this position varies and depends on several factors including the applicants qualifications experience level of education certifications or professional licenses held and if applicable the location from which the job will be performed.
