Job Description

Your mission
  • Research accounts and prospects in depth identifying pain points digital commerce strategies and decisionmaker objectives to craft an effective outreach and engagement plan in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Develop new relationships through email LinkedIn phone and video outreach to secure meetings with senior decisionmakers at companies that could benefit from FactFinders AIpowered product discovery solutions.
  • Assess prospect needs by identifying challenges in product search and navigation explaining how FactFinder enhances ecommerce experiences and qualifying/disqualifying leads during discovery calls before passing them to the Account Executive.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to build and maintain a strong healthy sales pipeline by identifying highpotential opportunities.
  • Organize and document interactions take structured notes create compelling presentation decks gather and update contact information and nurture relationships postopportunity using the MEDDIC framework.
  • Leverage sales tools & CRM systems to track and manage your pipeline ensuring accurate and uptodate information on prospects and their businesses.
Your profile
  • Proven experience in a similar role preferably in inside sales sales development prospecting or pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in multichannel prospecting including LinkedIn email phone and video outreach.
  • Experience in ecommerce with a focus on prospecting Clevel executives and/or SaaS marketing and ecommerce technology decisionmakers preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of the MEDDIC framework is a plus.
  • Strong preference for Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Ability to manage large account lists across multiple Account Executives products and regions within DACH.
  • Quick adaptability to new markets products and concepts.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance work efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong followup skills you always stay ahead and never miss an opportunity.
  • Positive friendly and energetic attitude with an open and creative mindset for continuous improvement and change.
  • Teamoriented mindset with a proactive drive and a resultsfocused approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills regularly.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus.
