Job Description

      • Position: Physical Therapist (SchoolBased)
        Location: Clementon NJ
        Employment Type: Contract/FullTime/PartTime Job Summary:

        ExpertHiring is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy services to students with disabilities. The Physical Therapist will assess plan and implement individualized treatment programs to enhance students physical functioning and mobility in the school environment.

        Key Responsibilities:
        • Evaluate students motor skills and physical abilities to determine eligibility and need for therapy services.

        • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students functional mobility strength coordination and independence.

        • Collaborate with educators parents and other school professionals to integrate therapeutic activities into the classroom and daily routines.

        • Provide direct therapy services including exercises adaptive equipment recommendations and mobility training.

        • Monitor and document students progress adjusting treatment plans as needed.

        • Educate school staff and parents on strategies to support students physical development.

        • Ensure compliance with federal state and district regulations including IEP goals and therapy documentation requirements.

        • Participate in IEP meetings providing input on student progress and necessary accommodations.

        • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations treatment plans and session notes.

      • Qualifications:
        • Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

        • Valid New Jersey state license as a Physical Therapist.

        • Schoolbased or pediatric experience preferred.

        • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

        • Knowledge of IDEA and IEP development processes.

        • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

      • Schedule & Compensation:
        • Flexible schedule (Fulltime/Parttime opportunities available).

        • Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
