Job Description
Quantity Surveyor London/Kent Salary 75000
Our Client are a fit out contractor working on Cat A and Cat B projects valued from 500k up tonow seek to appoint a QS to the commercial team.
You will join a small closeknit team and work directly alongside directors clients and projects teams knowledge of the fit out industry from a sub contractor or main contractor is ideal with a background in commercial projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with 3 5 years experience to take the next step in their career and work within a business that will offer a fruitful and lucrative career.
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Manage full cost life cycle
- Maintain companies target margin on projects
- Produce and submit monthly valuations
- Compile and submit final accounts
- Maintain and update internal systems
- Site visits meeting clients and project teams
Quantity Surveyor Key Skills:
- Main Contractor or Sub Contractor experience within fit out
- Managed full projects with proven experience
- Sound commercial skills and ability to ensure budgets and margins are managed
- Experience managing projects valued up to 3 Million
- Experience on fast paced projects
