Job Description

Are you a natural leader with a passion for sales Do you thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment If you answered yes to these questions then Bone Dry Roofing has an exciting opportunity for you as a Sales Team Leader! Your primary objective will be to drive sales performance by providing guidance training and support to your team. You will teach and implement our sixstep sales strategies set clear objectives and monitor progress to ensure targets are met. With your exceptional interpersonal skills you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Hybrid role acts as player coach with individual selling responsibility while leading and mentoring the sales team
    • Lead a team of roofing sales professionals providing coaching training and support to ensure that team members are meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Facilitate weekly training for the team members focusing on all aspects of the WE CARE sales system.
    • Cotravel one time per month with each team member and provide feedback via the feedback form.
    • Provide daily/weekly validation of WE CARE sales system.
    • Daily Appointment review for pictures videos (roof and attic) and call disposition.
    • Weekly Review of call disposition and A/R and follow up.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth via the We CARE system.
    • Model the Bone Dry Experience process with all internal and external customers.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide reports to senior management as requested.
    • In the event of severe weather (wind hail etc. STL is responsible to ensure proper coverage of all appointments including weekends.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and finance to ensure alignment on sales objectives and margins.
    • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that all sales activities are properly tracked and documented in the CRM system.
    • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
    • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

    • Valid drivers license
    • Pass a background check
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in roofing sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong understanding of the roofing industry including products services and market trends
    • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and other salesrelated software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
    • Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation and Benefits

    • Base salary plus commission plus bonuses $85K to $120k earnings potential
    • Additional Monthly bonus based on meeting KPI requirements
